എന്താണ് നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് കേസ് !! ഒരു ചെറിയ വിവരണം

1930 കളിലാണ് സ്വാതന്ത്ര സമരസേനാനികൾ ചേർന്ന് ജവഹർലാൽ നെഹ്‌റുവിനെ ചെയർമാനാക്കി  നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് എന്ന പത്രം ആരംഭിച്ചത്,

പ്രവർത്തകർ നല്കിയ സംഭാവനകൾ കൊണ്ട് പത്രം പച്ചപിടിച്ചു, ഒടുവിൽ ജവഹർലാൽ നെഹ്‌റു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയായപ്പോൾ നിയമവിരുദ്ധമായി തന്നെ കോടാനുകോടി വിലമതിക്കുന്ന സർക്കാർ കെട്ടിടങ്ങളും സ്ഥലങ്ങളും പൊതുമുതലും ഒക്കെ നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് ൻറെ സ്വത്താക്കി നല്കി കൂടെ ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന്‌ രൂപയുടെ സർക്കാർ സഹായങ്ങളും ലോണുകളും.

അങ്ങനെ കൊണ്ഗ്രെസ്സ് പാർട്ടി വളർന്നതിനൊപ്പം  നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് എന്ന പത്രസ്ഥാപനവും തഴച്ചങ്ങു വളർന്നു, വർഷങ്ങൾ കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് ൻറെ ആസ്ഥി 5000 കോടി രൂപയിലധികമായി, ഇതിൽ ഡൽഹിയിലെ ബഹാദൂർ ഷാ സഫർ മാർഗിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന, പാസ്പോർട്ട്‌ ഓഫീസ് ഉൾപ്പടെ പല ഓഫീസുകളും വാടകയ്ക്ക് എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന 11 നിലകളുള്ള ഫ്ലാറ്റ് സമുച്ചയവും ഉൾപ്പെടും, (ഹെറാൾഡ് ഹൌസ് എന്ന ഈ കെട്ടിടത്തിനു കിട്ടുന്ന മാസ വാടക 60 ലക്ഷത്തിനു മേലെ യാണ് )

2000 - 2001 കാലഘട്ടം ആയപ്പോഴേയ്ക്കും നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് 90 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വ്യവസായ നഷ്ടം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി . . .

ഇനിയാണ് കഥ . . .

90 കോടി രൂപ വ്യവസായ നഷ്ടത്തിലായ (അപ്പോഴും 5000 കോടിയുടെ ആസ്ഥി അത് പോലെ തന്നെ ഉണ്ട്) നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡിനെ 'യങ്ങ് ഇന്ത്യ Ltd ' എന്ന ഒരു പുതിയ കമ്പനിക്കു വില്ക്കാനായി നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡിൻറെ ഡയറക്ട൪ മാരായ സോണിയയും രാഹുലും മോത്തിലാൽ വോറയും കൂടി തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നു,

 'യങ്ങ് ഇന്ത്യ Ltd ' മായുള്ള വില്പ്പനക്കരാർ പ്രകാരം നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡിൻറെ ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള 90 കോടി കടം വീട്ടുന്നതിനായി ആ പണം 'യങ്ങ് ഇന്ത്യ Ltd ' നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡിൻറെ ഡയറക്ട൪ മാർക്ക് നൽകണം, അതോടെ 5000 കോടി ആസ്തിയുള്ള നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് യങ്ങ് ഇന്ത്യ Ltd നു സ്വന്തം,

ഞെട്ടാൻ വരട്ടെ . . .

ആരാണ് ഈ 90 കോടി കൊടുത്തു 5000 കോടി നേടിയ യങ്ങ് ഇന്ത്യ Ltd ൻറെ മുതലാളി മാർ...., വേറെ ആര്!! അതേ സോണിയയും, രാഹുലും, വോറയും പിന്നെ ഓസ്കാർ ഫെർണാണ്ടസും

തീർന്നില്ല . . .

നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് വാങ്ങാനുള്ള 90 കോടി "യങ്ങ് ഇന്ത്യ Ltd  " നു ആര് കൊടുത്തു, വേറെ ആര് അവർക്കത്‌ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് പാർട്ടിയിൽ നിന്നും ലോണ്‍ ആയിട്ട് കിട്ടി, ഈ ലോണ്‍ പാർട്ടിയിൽ നിന്നും അനുവദിച്ചു കൊടുത്തതാരാ ... വേറെ ആര് പാർട്ടി ട്രേഷറർ ആയ മോത്തിലാൽ വോറ,

ഇനിയാണ് ട്വിസ്റ്റ്‌ ...

അടുത്ത ദിവസം കൊണ്ഗ്രെസ്സ് പാർട്ടി ഒരു മീറ്റിംഗ് വിളിച്ചു ചേർത്തു പങ്കെടുത്തവർ സോണിയ, രാഹുൽ, ഓസ്കാർ & വോറ

മീറ്റിംഗ്ൻറെ അജണ്ട ഇതായിരുന്നു..."നാഷണൽ ഹെറാൾഡ് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് പാർട്ടിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് അതുകൊണ്ട് ഈ 90 കോടി ലോണ്‍ കൊടുത്തത് എഴുതി ത്തള്ളണം,"

അപേക്ഷിച്ചവരും അംഗീകരിക്കേണ്ടവരും ഒരേ ആൾക്കാരായതുകൊണ്ട് 90 കോടി എഴുതിത്തള്ളാനുള്ള തീരുമാനം ഉടൻ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായി

എങ്ങനെയുണ്ട്??? ശ്യൂന്യതയിൽ നിന്നും 5000 കോടി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുത്ത മാജിക്?

പാവം . . . കൊണ്ഗ്രെസ്സ് പാർട്ടിയിൽ അത്യാവേശത്തോടെ കടിച്ചു തൂങ്ങിക്കിടന്നു ചോര നീരാക്കി കഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന സാധാരണ കാരന്മാരായ പാർട്ടി പ്രവർത്തകന്മാരായ മണ്ടന്മാർ ഇത് വല്ലതും അറിയുന്നുണ്ടാവോ  ആവോ ?????

നാടോ മൊത്തം കട്ട് മുടിച്ചു, ഇനി തീരുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് പാർട്ടിയുടെതെന്നു പറയുന്ന പൊതുസ്വത്ത് കൂടി കട്ടുമുടിച്ചിട്ടു പോകാനുള്ള പുറപ്പാടാണ്,

എന്നിട്ട് കേസിന് കോടതിയിൽ ചെല്ലാൻ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ പാർല മെന്റിൽ കിടന്നു കാക്കാരിശി നാടകം കളിക്കുന്നു,

ഇന്ത്യ യുടെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിനു വേണ്ടി രക്തം ചിന്തി മരിച്ച ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന്‌ സമരസേനാനികളുടെ ചോര വിറ്റ കാശല്ലേ ? ജയിലഴി കാണിക്കാതെ ദൈവം വിട്ടുകളയൂല്ല!!

ഈ കേസിൽ അകത്താകും എന്ന് അമ്മച്ചിക്കും മോനും നല്ല ഉറപ്പാണ് , അതല്ലേ പാർലമെന്റിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ സർക്കസ്സ്.

Don't spoil our Tribals

I have visited few tribal colonies in Kerala with some foreign nationals and after completing the visit the vistors said that the colonies we have visited are not tribal colonies!!

I also felt the same thing because the tribal houses are completely done with cement and concrete,

traditional houses or accomodation style of all these tribals had been completely demolished and replaced with a modern construction style, I believe that this construction change is not at all implemented with the mutual approval or acceptance by the Tribals,

but it was only an onesided decision from the Politicians who rule our Country, and the sad thing is all these constructions are incomplete,

we all know who must have got benefited from this "upgraded lifestyle implementation" for tribals, only the middlemen and bad Indian Politics

I just wanted to tell you this. . .

Tribals are Tribals, they are not civilised human society and if you try to implement some thing which a Civilised World might need to a tribal in the forest, then , No doubt!!...you will end up in destroying that particular Tribal society from the base,

Please leave the Tribals to live and survive in the way they like and dont let any civilised involvement to disturb their lives,

Please keep them away from the outside world and that is the only way to protect them, Today every one are saying we are helping the tribals to live a better life, we are providing the better education and taking them up for a better life and, we can clearly find out that all these activities had spoiled the genuinity of somany tribal societies in India,

we need a strong law to protect them from Outside involvements like we protect animals,

Like the animal wild life, all the tribals know how to survive, don't destroy them by dragging them to the polluted civilised society.

News Value v/s Media Ethics

Thousands of News Papers, Hundreds of News Channels, various news portals and lots more, circulated among cities and rural corners,

India is well connected & well established in its news distribution system,

based on the ownership & origin like local, national and international platform; sources of news, presentation quality and value of our media changes

but when we look at the quality of news, social values and its ethics, we can see every news media in India stand with the negetive side

we understand that, News distribution is a business now, and like any other business they are also producing or collecting news products which attract more customers, but the normal scenario which i cannot agree with is they are selling more of negetive news,

news on crime, thats the favourite news products, and every news editors belive that, this is what carry the highest news value

I really dont understand who created a standard on news value, is that because all Indians are crime lovers!!?

No, no body will accept that!! but then why? why indian news medias are filled with crime & sex related news,

I agree that some criminal related news does good purpose, sometimes some negative news help people to prepare and to be more safe. But sex oriented criminal stories like group rape, father V/s daughters, teachers v/s students, etc send wrong signals to the society,

some times more than good, these kind of stories create unstability in social relationship,

India has got more than a billion citizens and if one case of sexual harrassment in a family against nature & social value, cannot be taken as normal incident, it should be and will be rare incident.

but when a news media create hype on these kind of news and circulate this to thousands of readers then it create an effect of normal and regular incident,

We all know that the Human beings are social beings and they learn so many things from external sources and media, and most of the psychological learning will influence the character of a person.

there for my question is, why not the media in India can concentrate on good news with good social value and spend less space on negative and crime involved news.

Who is HINDU?

Society around me believes and Call me as Hindu, but till date I could not find a satisfactory answer for why am I known as Hindu,

I have been taught by my society that I am a Hindu because I am Born in a Hindu Family and my Parents are Hindus, and I also been taught that Hinduism is my Religion,

But my first question was who created this Hinduism and Why should I follow this Religion,

After being more than 30yrs in this religion without sacrificing anything like my freedom, food habit, business, lifestyle etc., I was happy,

But when I started Comparing Hinduism with other Religions, I found so many issues which do not support the existence of Hinduism as a Religion.

Few of those points are here…

·         I could not find a person or a group of people who created Hinduism

·         Hinduism do not have a Religious Book to follow

·         After birth no process to be done to become a Hindu

·         There is no strict rule or single Religious God or Guru in Hinduism

·         Hindus are free to worship anything

·         Hindu can also live as atheist

When I see people compare Hinduism with other religions like Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism etc, and match Bhagavath Gita with Bible & Quran etc., I feel it as funny that they are trying to compare something which is not comparable,

I understand that Christianity & Islam has their Religious books which they follow to be inside their Religion but Bhagavath Gita is not a Religious Book of Hindu because nobody in Hinduism follows Bhagavath Gita and Hinduism is not a Religion,

I also understand that there are sub religious group who claim as Hindus but follow some specific Human being or his/her Religious vision is also not HINDU

And I come to a conclusion that Every Body in the World are Born as Hindu, & after Birth, when they grow up, then they train themselves or by their family to follow some strict MAN made Rules and procedures called Religion, Cast & Sub Cast,

My request is that never compare Hinduism with any artificial Religion and never encroach the Freedom of any free living Human Being in this world in the name of Manmade Religious system.

Mullapperiyar Dam & Sabarimala

Why Mullapperiyar Dam issue come up with Sabarimala Pilgrim Season ?

Its very clear that there is an international conspiracy on this issue,
Sabarimala which is a major Hindu pilgrim center in India, where non hindus are also welcomed is always  became a mental disturbance for Christians and Muslims who are ruling the state

For last two three years the Govt,, the activists and the medias of Kerala made hype on this issue but have not done any thing concrete to solve the concern,

State Govt of Kerala had been given somany opportunities to prove the weakness of the Dam scientifically and legally , but till date they couldn't prove it, they could have also arrange an inter state Govt, Meeting of Ministers of Kerala and Tamil Nadu and convince the issue if it was real.

every monsoon season the water level of Dam go high but they only make an issue when water level increase during the pilgrimage season of Sabarimala

The main objective is to stop and destroy the traffic of Pilgrims to Sabarimla especially from Tamilnadu, Christian missionaries are investing lots of money and effort to brain wash villagers of Tamilnadu who regularly come for Sabarimala by proving all the believes and customs of Sabarimala is fake, but till today there is no decrease in the number of pilgrim traffic to Sabarimala, instead it was increasing year by year,

Now the Christian missionary has only one option that is to stop the Pilgrim season forcefully and the route for that mission is Mullapperiyar Dam,

If the Christian & Muslim Majority Govt. of Kerala is serious on the issue of Mullapperiyar dam and they really want to construct a new Dam then they should first prove that the dam is weak and they should go ahead with legal proceedings till the supreme court and central ministry get convinced, and all the effort to safeguard the dam should continue even after Sabarimala pilgrim season is over.
